Allie and Connor imagined an intimate invitation that would evoke the beautiful surroundings of their wedding venue in Ravello, Italy. To make this vision come alive, we mimicked Italian tilework in the invitation’s embossed texture, and we painted original watercolor details of the specific arches and seas on the Amalfi Coast, including a map of the region. All of this was wrapped in romantic silk ribbons and wax seals to match the color palette of their wedding-day florals. Once the invitation was complete, we created embossed menus and placecards along with watercolor signage to tie it all together on the day. The final result was bountiful yet delicate, striking the perfect romantic note for Allie and Connor’s celebration in this stunning part of the world.
